In VESSL, there are two plans—Core and Enterprise.
Core is ideal for individuals or smaller teams who want to utilize VESSL’s core functionalities with flexible, pay-as-you-go GPU access. All new sign-ups are automatically enrolled in the Core plan, and anyone who has not switched to the Enterprise plan remains on Core by default. This plan includes:
Enterprise is designed for organizations seeking advanced security, dedicated support, and more predictable resource allocation. This plan includes:
To change your current plan:
Once you complete the change process, your billing and features will be updated accordingly.
The Payment method section allows you to manage how you pay for your associated credits. To add or update a payment method, click Add payment method. You will be redirected to an external Stripe checkout page to securely set up or modify your payment details.
The Credit balance section displays the current amount of credits available to your organization. If your balance falls below $10.00, and the auto top-up feature is enabled, credits will be automatically added to maintain a continuous workflow.
Auto top-up:
Toggle the auto top-up switch to automatically replenish your credits whenever they drop below the specified threshold.
Manual top-up:
If you prefer manual control, you can purchase additional credits on demand by entering the desired amount and clicking Add.
Redeem code:
If you have a redeem code, click Redeem here. You will be redirected to a dedicated VESSL AI page where you can enter and apply your code to receive additional credits. You can get redeem codes from events, hackathons, and meet-ups that we host or participate in, as well as through our social channels.
The Credit activities section provides a detailed log of all your credit-related transactions. Here you can review when credits were added—either automatically, manually, or via redeem code—and track their usage over time. If no transactions have occurred yet, you will see a “No credit history found” message.
VESSL charges based on compute, storage, and network usage. Check the our pricing table for each resource type.
